This activity mainly leads new students to understand the geology and geographical environment of central Taiwan, and to understand the customs of Taiwan's aborigines.
To promote international academic collaboration and the recruitment of international students, Academia Sinica (AS) encourages researchers to collaborate with foreign academic research institutes by supporting international doctoral students to conduct thesis research at AS, thus enriching the talent pool of doctoral students.
